Tactico Sports (“Tactico,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates tacticosports.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our platform you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in via OAuth (Google, GitHub) we receive your email and display name from that provider.

Usage data. We collect anonymised logs of pages visited, features used, and AI assistant interactions. This data is used to improve the product and is never sold.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the platform is used. You can opt out of analytics cookies via the cookie preference panel.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Tactico platform
• Process subscription payments and send transactional emails
• Personalise your experience (watchlists, preferences, rate limits)
• Monitor platform health and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with sportsbook operators, betting affiliates, or data brokers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — application hosting and edge compute
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI inference for Scout and consensus agents
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics (opt-out available)
• Google AdSense — display advertising on free tier only
• Resend — transactional email delivery

4. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tacticosports.com. We respond within 30 days.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law and anonymised after account deletion. Anonymised aggregate usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

All scores, ratings, forecasts, projections, and AI-generated outputs on Tactico are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or any form of recommendation. Tactico Sports has no affiliation with any betting operator and derives no revenue from gambling activities.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: TLS in transit, encrypted storage, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls that restrict production data to authorised services only. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

7. Children

Tactico is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
