Tactico Sports (“Tactico,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates tacticosports.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our platform you agree to this policy.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in via OAuth (Google, GitHub) we receive your email and display name from that provider.
Usage data. We collect anonymised logs of pages visited, features used, and AI assistant interactions. To enforce fair-use limits for users who are not signed in, we store a hashed (one-way) IP address — never the raw address. This data is used to improve the product and is never sold.
Chat and fantasy inputs. When you use Scout, or paste a fantasy squad into Tactico Fantasy (for example, the player names in your team), the text you submit is processed to generate a response and may be sent to third-party AI providers (see §3). Please do not submit sensitive personal information through these inputs.
News display. The platform displays public football news headlines aggregated from third-party RSS feeds. These contain no personal data about you and link back to the original publisher.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the platform is used. You can opt out of analytics cookies via the cookie preference panel.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with sportsbook operators, betting affiliates, or data brokers.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law and anonymised after account deletion. Anonymised aggregate usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
All scores, ratings, forecasts, projections, and AI-generated outputs on Tactico are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or any form of recommendation. Tactico Sports has no affiliation with any betting operator and derives no revenue from gambling activities.
We use industry-standard security practices: TLS in transit, encrypted storage, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls that restrict production data to authorised services only. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
Tactico is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
