Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tacticosports.com and related services operated by Tactico Sports (“Tactico,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Tactico provides football analytics data, player and club scoring, match intelligence, predictive modeling, and an AI assistant (Scout). All scores and AI outputs are intended for informational and research purposes only.

Not betting advice. Nothing on Tactico constitutes betting tips, gambling recommendations, or financial advice. We have no betting affiliations and derive no revenue from betting operators.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@tacticosports.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Founding beta pricing is locked for 12 months from the subscription start date. After that period, standard pricing applies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data without prior written consent
• Resell or sublicense Tactico data or API access without authorisation
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine or AI systems
• Interfere with platform infrastructure or circumvent rate limits

5. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, software, and design are owned by Tactico Sports or its licensors. The Tactico Score methodology, evidence packet architecture, and AI consensus system are proprietary. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Player statistics and match data sourced from third parties (SportMonks, StatsBomb, Wikidata) are subject to those providers' respective licences.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that scores, forecasts, or AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Football is inherently unpredictable; no analytical system can guarantee outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactico Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
